Annual Renewal

Renewal Deadline: 31 December Each Year
Renewal must be completed in advance each December for the next year's January–December registration period. Do not wait until January — renewal applications submitted after 31 December will incur a late fee.

Who Must Renew

Registered Engineers (RE), Professional Engineers (PEng), and International Professional Engineers (IntPE) must renew their registration annually. Holders of multiple titles (RE, PEng, IntPE) pay only the highest applicable renewal fee — not a separate fee for each title held.

Annual Renewal Fee: BDT 4,000 — applicable for RE, PEng, IntPE, or any combined holding. See the Payment Guideline for full fee schedule.
CPD Requirements for Renewal

IntPE50 Hours / year
CPD records for the previous year must be prepared in the prescribed format with supporting evidence. See CPD Guidelines for details.

How to Renew

Option A — Manual Submission (Form + Email)

    Download & Complete the Renewal Form
    Download the Renewal Form from the Downloads page. Print it, sign it, then scan to PDF.

    Pay All Outstanding Dues
    Pay via the BPERB bank account or online through this website (Payment Guideline). Keep a copy of the payment slip.

    Prepare CPD Records
    Prepare CPD records for the previous year in the prescribed format, with supporting evidence. See CPD Guidelines.

    Email All Documents to BPERB
    Email the completed Renewal Form, CPD records, and payment slip to both:
Option B — Online via Member Portal (Recommended) Faster & Easier

All renewal steps can be completed entirely online through the BPERB Member Portal — no printing or email required.

Step 1
Log in at bperb.net/login using your registered email or mobile number
Step 2
Go to the Renewal section in your Member Dashboard and fill in the online renewal form
Step 3
Pay the renewal fee online via Cards, bKash, Nagad, or Internet Banking through SSLCommerz
Step 4
Upload your CPD records and submit — BPERB will review and confirm your renewal
Late Renewal Policy

A registrant who fails to renew before 31 December incurs a late fee of BDT 2,000 for each full or partial year of delay. A registration that is in arrears for more than three (3) years is permanently de-registered.
